2. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
• Remote areas may take 5–7 working days

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (if applicable)
• Any delivery charges are non-refundable

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan
• Please ensure:
  • Your contact number is active
  • You are available to receive the parcel

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled if:
  • Customer is unreachable
  • Order is not confirmed via call/message
• You can request cancellation before dispatch only

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

• Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times
• If the order is not received, it may be:
  • Cancelled, or
  • Marked as non-serious order

⚠️ Repeated failed orders may result in blacklisting from future orders

7. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID
• You can track your parcel through the courier service

8. Address Responsibility

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate address
• We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect details

• In rare cases, delays may occur due to:
  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • National holidays
