Refund & Return Policy – The Choice Mart

At The Choice Mart, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Duration

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return / Exchange

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Product should not show any signs of use or damage caused by the customer

⚠️ Used or damaged items will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.

3. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer
  • The store will not cover return delivery expenses

4. Refund Policy

  • Only the original product price will be refunded
  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the product

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or broken product:

  • You must record a clear video while opening the parcel
  • The video must show:
    • The sealed package
    • The opening process
    • The damaged item

Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged items will NOT be accepted

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products reported after 7 days

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued (product value only)

8. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing video (if damaged)
